Partially pre-assembled at the factory, it is shipped as a kit and is quickly installed onsite. Frames are constructed of robust aluminum for maximum strength and durability. Self-supporting ceiling allows enclosures to be fitted with HEPA filters and modular air condition units as needed for your unique application.

Curtain configuration meets the following standards: ISO 5 (Class 100); ISO 6 (Class 1,000), ISO 7 (Class 10,000); and ISO 8 (Class 10,000). Ideally suited for industrial applications, process isolation, assembly and packaging lines, laser and welding operations and paint rooms. Choice of clear vinyl, anti-static or Class 1 material available in strip widths ranging from 6” to 48”. Welded RF seams and other closure methods are available to create a solid softwall or to limit walkthrough.

Industrial locking casters permit system to be rolled and secured in place. Utilization of casters may alleviate seismic requirements because it is a portable, non-permanent structure. Please verify with your local JHA. System can be disassembled for future project requirements or shipping.
